General Terms and Conditions for Hostel Reservations and Cancellation:
If you make your reservation by phone, WhatsApp, or any means other than through the hostel's website, you will receive a WhatsApp message or email with these terms and conditions. You must reply "I ACCEPT" to confirm your reservation to finalize it.
Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge (except for a €2 cancellation fee) up to 15 days before their arrival date.
If you cancel after the indicated date, you will forfeit 100% of the amount paid, WITHOUT EXCEPTION.
CHECK-IN TIME: 1:00 PM - 8:00 PM
We reserve the right of admission for reasons of public order.
Guests staying at the hostel agree to provide the hostel with all information regarding their identity and to ensure that the information is correct.
Guests are expected to maintain good conduct at all times and respect both the facilities and other guests and/or hostel staff, and will be responsible for any damage they may cause.
Bathroom use is shared.
We have a fully equipped kitchen.
Eating and/or drinking are prohibited in the rooms.
Smoking is not permitted in the hostel.
Guests staying in bunk beds can request a free locker key, on a loan basis. The hostel is not responsible for items left in the lockers under any circumstances.
A quiet period is in effect in the hostel from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, during which noise levels must be kept to ensure everyone's rest.
Check-out must be BEFORE 8:30 AM on the day of departure.
Free Wi-Fi is available in the common areas.
Bicycles: Guests arriving by bicycle will have access to a free parking space. The hostel is not responsible for personal belongings or bicycles left in the parking area.
Conditions for stays with children: Children of all ages are welcome, provided they are accompanied by an adult. Under no circumstances may a minor book, register, or use the facilities without being accompanied by an adult.
Children under 3 years old stay free of charge. Children over 3 years old are considered adults and pay accordingly.
Cribs and extra beds are not available.
Pets: Not allowed.
